The must do activity of going on a boat trip to Milford Sound is based here in Queenstown, or of course you can do the sightseeing by plane or helicopter. Day trips to the Catlins to see Seals and Dolphins, depart from Queenstown. For a trip to see the Glaciers on the West Coast at Fox Glacier or Franz Josef you leave from here.
